About Ari Sliffman
Ari Sliffman has been practicing law since 2012 after graduating from the Marquette University School of Law. At Marquette, Ari was the first student to graduate with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Certificate in Sports Law. Ari won the law school’s brand protection writing competition with his published comment, Unconstitutional Hosting of the Super Bowl. Ari participated in numerous negotiation and mediation competitions at the local, regional, and national level. After graduating, Ari extended his dispute resolution education by attending the ADR Center’s program on International Dispute Resolution in Milan, Italy, earning himself another certificate in ADR.
For over ten years, Ari Sliffman has represented individuals and businesses in products liability, construction defects, personal injury, medical malpractice, and business disputes on both sides of the aisle. While some cases went to trial, many were resolved through effective and creative negotiations. Ari’s experience spans from serving individual clients, doctors, small and medium businesses, hospitals, and major automobile manufacturers. This gives Ari the insights parties and their attorneys need from a dispute resolution professional: wide-range of experience, knowledge of the case intricacies, and neutral.
Throughout his legal career, Ari Sliffman has served as counsel in a variety of capacities leading to his ability to hold himself out as a true neutral. Ari has litigated as both a civil plaintiff’s and defense attorney. He has extensive experience with products liability and defect matters, construction defects, general personal injury, dram shop, trucking, medical malpractice, and corporate litigation. Ari has served as counsel to numerous small businesses, assisting with day-to-day issues. All this experience was intentional in his desire to become a well-rounded mediator.
Ari values time with his family and friends. Many of his values come from his upbringing, instilling fairness, empathy, and understanding towards others (which is certainly easier said than done). Ari volunteers throughout the Philadelphia community, including with an organization near and dear to his heart, Philadelphia VIP, where Ari represents indigent Philadelphia residents who have been sued.
Lastly, Ari Sliffman is overly enthusiastic about dispute resolution. Mediation allows the parties to determine the resolution with assistance of a neutral third-party. Ari is passionate about being a mediator parties can rely on and trust to provide a process that will lead not only to settlement, but a sufficient resolution on all fronts of the dispute. Ari looks forward to serving you in any capacity he can to resolve your dispute.
